Men That Bend: Sundays at 4:30pm
Join Tracy for this easy approach to yoga; a class accessible for all levels. Both men and women are welcome to explore basic stretching and strengthening poses. The class moves at a slow pace, so that modifications can be incorporated and everyone's individual needs can be accommodated.
Gentle Yoga: Mondays at 9:15am
Melt into this restorative yoga practice to deepen your internal awareness and find your center. All levels are welcome to come and indulge in this feel-good class! * an addition; day and time will be coming soon
Move into Stillness: Mondays at 10:30am, Sundays at 5:45pm
This slow-paced flow allows time for poses to evolve and bodies to open. Dive deep into your practice through conscious breathing, controlled movements and an acute attention to alignment. A sweet Yin-style finish with massage and meditation will leave you feeling fully refreshed, open and content.

Tracy combines her unique knowledge of the body as a Physical Therapist and Yoga instructor for individual sessions on healing of injuries, modifications for pain-injury, postural assessment and improvements and education tailored specifically for you. She works with clients in both the home setting and at the studio.
1 hour: $90.00, additional sessions $80.00
1/2 hour: $50, additional sessions $45.00
Tracy Cannon Heck, PT, CPI is a licensed Physical Therapist who specialized in orthopedics in the clinical setting from 1994-2001. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 1990 and worked for a year designing fitness and weight management programs. She received her Physical Therapy degree from Ohio State University in 1994. In 2003, she became certified to teach Pilates through ProHealth and Fitness. In 2008, she attended a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Bhumi’s in Strongsville, Ohio. She continues yearly trainings in both yoga and physical therapy. She is currently training in the aging spine and pelvis.
Tracy’s yoga classes are unique because she combines her extensive knowledge of the muscular skeletal system with the traditions of yoga. She focuses on alignment, posture, and safety. She knows how to modify exercises appropriately for injuries and pain in the back, shoulders, knees, etc. She has discovered yoga as a beautiful path to bring health, balance, calmness, strength, resilience, restoration and peace to one’s life.
